The results of each level are geared to directly interface with your in-house recruiters for completion of the recruitment process.  For our Candidate Research Service, we see ourselves as an extension of your recruiting team and will more than match your sense-of-urgency to fill your openings. With over two decades of experience, we employ the most advanced recruiting methodologies for identifying and recruiting hard-to-find candidates.

We provide you with the following research information for each level:

NAME GENERATION:

• A list of potential candidates along with their contact information so your recruiting department can contact them to determine their interest  in the role and to initiate further screening and recruiting.

• This service is provided at an hourly rate.

NAME GENERATION + CANDIDATE DEVELOPMENT:

• A list of potential candidates who we have directly contacted and who have expressed interest in your role.

• Their full resumes and contact information are provided for further activity by your recruiting department.

• This service is provided at an hourly rate.

NAME GENERATION + CANDIDATE DEVELOPMENT + PRE-QUALIFICATION (A Partial Full Search):

• A short-list of the top three to five candidates out of an initial prospective candidate list of 70 to 90 individuals.

• These candidates have been fully qualified and are ready for final in-person interviews and for you to conduct the last part  of the recruitment  process including assessments, reference checks, offer presentation, etc.

• This service is provided on a flat fee basis.
